  I have had a Google business listing for 12 years registered at a post office address, all verified, and perfectly acceptable to Google policies.  Apparently Ai started automating it's systems and suspended my Google profile in October.  New rule, no P.O. Boxes, no warning.  I created a new listing after many failed attempts to reinstated the old one.  Well, there went my reviews and my new listing looks as if I just got to town rather than showing the 10+ years that I have been here serving Lynchburg, Virginia and the surrounding areas.  It is great to be recognized by the Google Business Rate system for my work but also seems like a consolation prize for my efforts.
